Senior Business Coach will manage a portfolio of Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owners within the Amazon delivery network, guiding DSP growth from pre-launch to mature-state optimization. The role combines advisory and program-management elements to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and safety across the DSP network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead DSP owners through launch, operational scaling, and seasonal demand optimization
- Provide comprehensive consultation on financial management and operational optimization
- Support development of scalable business processes to ensure consistent performance metrics
- Navigate program evolution by helping owners implement strategic changes within traditional DSP operations
- Conduct data-driven business reviews and benchmarking

Ideal Candidate
