The Enterprise UX Technical Writer ensures quality end-user experience for ICE employees through clear technical documentation and communications that drive technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Build cross-enterprise relationships with SMEs to capture institutional knowledge and scale documentation efforts
Author technical documentation and IT change communications for enterprise systems
Leverage prompt engineering and generative AI to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality
Administer knowledge base configuration and analytics using AI to identify content gaps
Enforce technical writing standards and mentor contributors

Technical Overview

Combines technical writing with AI-assisted content generation; requires ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply UX best practices to enterprise process documentation; strong writing/editing and familiarity with M365 and ITSM tools are essential.
