About this role
Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday) responsible for leading configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday across HR domains, partnering with COEs and HRBPs, and driving continuous improvement through releases and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, testing, validation, and deployment across Workday modules
- Own complex business process designs and calculated fields
- Partner with COEs and HRBPs to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Evaluate Workday releases and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead testing for integrations, security, benefits, payroll, and annual cycle events
Technical Overview
Hands-on Workday configuration across Core HR, Benefits, Talent, and Advanced Compensation; testing leadership (UAT), data governance, master data stewardship, and integrations with IT stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior HRIS Analyst with deep Workday HCM experience across multiple modules, strong data governance, and proven leadership in configuration and testing. They excel at partnering with COEs and HRBPs to deliver scalable Workday solutions that optimize HR service delivery.
