HR Coordinator supports Gladstone Plant HR operations, overseeing payroll and disability processes, HRIS data integrity, and recruitment logistics while providing administrative support to leadership. This remote role requires strong organizational and communication skills in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead plant HR processes and admin support
- Provide day-to-day HR customer service
- Support payroll and Workbrain/Workday processes
- Manage Leave and Time Off and new hire probation cycles
- Maintain HR data accuracy in HRIS and generate reports
Technical Overview
Key systems include Workday and Workbrain for HR processes; requires proficiency in HR reporting, onboarding, and confidentiality; experience with SharePoint, Visio, Publisher, and other Microsoft tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an HR coordinator with 2+ years HR experience or a Bachelor's degree, proficient in Workday and Workbrain, and capable of handling payroll, disability processes, and HRIS data management in a manufacturing setting.
