About this role
Product Consultant - CRM & Web focuses on driving digital product capabilities in MarTech platforms, including Braze, Salesforce, and Adobe ACS, to support Canada marketing initiatives and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive design and development of digital product capabilities with focus on MarTech platforms and Website; Lead discussions with digital marketing, CRM Ops, data teams and partner agencies; Manage and maintain a balanced product roadmap; Generate product insights from feature requests and pain points; Articulate product decisions to users, product team, stakeholders, and engineers
Technical Overview
Stack includes Braze, Salesforce, Adobe ACS with Microsoft Office suite for documentation; agile practices; close collaboration with digital marketing, CRM Ops, and data teams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a product-focused supervisor with 1-3 years MarTech experience, proficient with Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe ACS, and strong communication skills. Bilingual in English and French is a plus and flexibility to align with global teams is valued.
