About this role

Executive-level role owning Yardi ERP systems for real estate fund and property accounting, providing technical support, administration, and cross-system data integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical support and administrator for Yardi products (Voyager, Investment Management, Calculator Analytics, Debt, Commercial and Residential, PayScan and CheckScan)
Deliver expert-level support and advanced troubleshooting for Yardi modules and integrated systems
Work on YSR & SQL reporting for custom report development and troubleshooting
Assist internal teams with onboarding and offboarding funds and property accounting teams
Perform special projects as assigned

Technical Overview

Hands-on experience with Yardi modules (Voyager, Investment Management, Calculator Analytics, Debt, Commercial, Residential) and YSR SQL reporting; strong ETL/data integration background; advanced MS Office usage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an executive-level Yardi/ERP specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience across Yardi modules (Voyager, Investment Management, Calculator Analytics, Debt, Commercial, Residential) and strong SQL reporting skills. Must demonstrate leadership in complex real estate fund/property accounting workflows and deliver projects independently in a deadline-driven environment.
