Manager, Cyber SOC leads efforts to protect Fiserv and clients from cyber threats, directing incident analysis and response, and driving enhancements to detection and security posture.

• Manage the analysis and response to security incidents to protect Fiserv systems and data
• Coordinate development and implementation of security measures to mitigate cyber threats
• Lead initiatives to enhance cybersecurity posture including availability of tools and training resources
• Supervise and support a team of cybersecurity professionals
• Collaborate with Detection Engineering for SIEM/SOAR enhancements and rule tuning

Focus on incident response, SIEM/SOAR, governance and risk management, audits, and collaboration with security teams; preferred certifications include CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP; experience in financial services is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned cyber SOC manager with 5+ years in incident response and 3+ years in leading security teams. They should have hands-on SIEM/SOAR experience, familiarity with financial services security, and professional certifications (CISA/CISM/CISSP/CCSP).
