About this role
AI Platform Analyst supports and governs AI platforms within the IT AI Center of Excellence Workforce AI; responsible for platform health, user enablement, integrations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for internal AI platform issues
- Monitor platform health, availability, and performance
- Manage license provisioning, user access, and platform configurations
- Maintain documentation for platform operations and runbooks
- Evaluate and test new platform features before rollout
Technical Overview
Supports and governs AI platforms; training and enabling employees; manages integrations with data sources; ensures data privacy and security compliance; familiar with major AI tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced AI platform analyst with 1-3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, governance, data privacy and security, and the ability to build training content; proficient with leading AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Glean).
Must-Have Skills
1-3+ years of experience in a technology analystplatform operationsITdeveloperor related roleExperience supporting and administering enterprise SaaS platformsStrong understanding of data privacysecurityand governance principlesExcellent communication skillsExperience creating training or enablement content for end users
