About this role

Associate Director, Clinical Development Finance provides financial support for translational medicine and collaborations across therapeutic areas, oversees forecasting, and leads a team of finance professionals responsible for study budgets and site/vendor payments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee forecast process for Translational Medicine studies
Deliver financial reporting and analytics
Lead team for study budgets and payments
Partner with DPTM Finance on PCC progression
Own LROP, Budget, and quarterly forecasts

Technical Overview

Focus on GAAP/SOX compliance, LROP, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics; heavy use of SAP, Power BI, BPC, and MS Excel to deliver financial insights for clinical development.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior finance leader with 5+ years of pharma/biotech finance experience, strong SAP/Power BI/BPC/MS Excel skills, and a track record of leading cost forecasting, budgeting, and governance across external partnerships.
