Sr IT Application Support Specialist at Molson Coors Beverage leads IT application support across a mixed cloud environment (AWS, SAP RISE, Azure), coordinating third-party providers and ensuring service delivery and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of third parties to ensure the effective running of IT applications in a business unit, including monitoring and reporting on provider performance versus SLAs
- Coordinate patching and maintenance of the application portfolio
- Educate and work with key regional IT and business stakeholders
- Act as the key escalation point for IT service delivery concerns
- Ensure new services and projects are supportable and do not adversely impact core processes
