About this role
Epic Applications Analyst II manages design, implementation, and support for clinical and enterprise Epic applications; mentors junior analysts; provides 24/7 operational support; travel monthly may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain clinical and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, interfaces, and databases
- Mentor Analyst I team members
- Provide 24/7 operational support for assigned applications and participate in on-call rotations
- Develop and maintain system documentation for build specifications
Technical Overview
Epic ecosystem focus with clinical and enterprise tools, EHR workflows, and cross-functional collaboration; strong emphasis on data capture, reporting, and governance within healthcare IT.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Epic Applications Analyst with 5 years of Epic system build experience and Epic Certification in Research Clinical Tools; strong knowledge of clinical workflows, PACS/LIS, radiation oncology, and revenue cycle systems; capable of leading projects and mentoring analysts.
