About this role
Maintenance Manager responsible for leading maintenance operations and developing maintenance programs across the Richmond site, balancing preventive maintenance with rapid response, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to Area Maintenance Managers and service technicians and automation engineers
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs, budgets, and CI initiatives
- Ensure safety protocols across sites and audit safety programs
- Manage capital spending, planning, and external contractors
- Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives
Technical Overview
Scope includes robotics/MHE maintenance, electrical/mechanical systems, automated conveyors, CMMS programs, and preventive maintenance procedures; requires ability to read electrical schematics and apply industrial controls knowledge.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance leader with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, reliability, and CMMS-based maintenance programs. They should lead multiple site teams, manage budgets, and drive safety and continuous improvement.
