Technical Manager overseeing the Oracle Retail Platform (ReSA) for a global retail environment. Responsible for design, development, and support of Oracle ReSA and related applications, project delivery, and deployment roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and technical direction to delivery and support teams
- Architect and design future enterprise solutions for financial processing and security
- Support and optimize the existing retail sales audit footprint
- Drive or retire legacy systems
- Establish a technical release roadmap for cost-effective deployment
Technical Overview
Expert in Oracle ReSA stack with experience in Reports/Forms, SQL/PL-SQL, Unix scripting, Java/J2EE, XML, AIX; global deployments; capable of leading technical teams and delivering presentations to senior management.

The ideal candidate is a senior technical leader with 12+ years IT experience and 7-10 years in retail, possessing deep Oracle ReSA knowledge and global implementation experience. They should excel in architecting enterprise solutions, managing technical teams, and communicating with senior management.
