The Arch Expert performs waxing and brow services to drive sales and guest satisfaction within the Ulta Beauty Benefit brand at the Midland store.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals
- Perform short services at the Brow Bar including eyebrow waxing, tinting, threading
- Use appointment book or system to book guests' appointments
- Meet average sales per labor hour and sales to service ratio goals
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Technical Overview
Uses appointment book/system and Ulta Beauty technology; adheres to state board guidelines; collaborates with Benefit brand.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate holds an active esthetics or cosmetology license with waxing, tinting, and makeup services experience, delivering high-quality guest service in a retail setting.
