Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner across the Integrated Supply Chain, Business Units, and Global Sales & Marketing
- Lead program management and execution for crossfunctional strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery
- Drive collaboration, align stakeholders, and influence key partners across the organization
- Apply project management and Lean principles to guide planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Select, develop, and guide project teams to ensure efficient, high-quality execution
