Lead Oracle HCM Cloud support for HR cloud solutions, including offshore team management, incident management, and regulatory compliance. Drive quarterly updates, patches, and P2T refreshes while enabling stakeholder engagement and ROI optimization.

Technical Overview
Focus on Oracle HCM Cloud maintenance, patches, P2T clones, SRs, SOX compliance, and HR cloud interfaces. Governance and audit activities are integral to the role.
