About this role

Responsible for managing all store employees and the effective planning and implementation of store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to federal and state labor laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed
Provide proper training for employees and conduct performance evaluations
Maintain a clean, well-organized store and safe working environment
Review operating statements and inventory management issues weekly
Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and cash control procedures
