About this role

Huntsman seeks a Commercial & Technical Associate for a three-rotation program across Sales, Marketing, and Technical Service in Advanced Materials to develop future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical rotation: assist lab-based technical work to support customer requests
  • Create technical data and reports to support customer opportunities
  • Support stage-gate innovation projects and raw material evaluations
  • Marketing rotation: lead tracking, data mining, market intelligence
  • Sales rotation: inside sales and CRM updates; contract tracking; VOC insights

Technical Overview

Rotational program includes lab-based technical work, data/report generation, market analysis, and CRM/lead-tracking tasks; emphasis on understanding Advanced Materials products and customer value.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a college graduate in business/science/engineering selected for a three-rotation program across Sales, Marketing, and Technical Service to develop future leadership in Huntsman’s Advanced Materials.
