About this role
Staff Analyst for CLM & LRO IT Systems supports global contract lifecycle management and legal/risk operations, translating requirements into CLM configurations and leading continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with LRO to translate requirements into CLM configurations
- Lead system configuration and integration for CLM & related systems
- Provide instructions and assist testing; manage backlog; create user stories
- Work cross-functionally across IT and business; support Agile ceremonies
- Independently manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
Technical Overview
Stack includes CLM platforms (Ironclad/Sirion/Conga), SAP GTS; .NET, XML, SQL; experience with Agile; familiarity with matter & IP management and compliance/risk.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior-level BA/IT professional with CLM/LRO experience, CLM tool proficiency (Ironclad, Sirion, Conga), and data-driven decision-making skills. Familiarity with SAP GTS and legal/risk domains is a plus.
