About this role

Oversee enterprise release planning and governance for SAFe-based Agile Release Trains in a DoD/regulatory environment, coordinating across ARTs, ensuring secure and compliant release execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate release activities across ARTs
Maintain and execute Release Plans
Partner with Release Train Engineers (RTEs)
Ensure features meet INVEST criteria and DoD compliance
Facilitate go/nogo reviews

Technical Overview

Hands-on with SAFe 6.0, ART operations, PI Planning, CI/CD, automated testing, secure pipelines, RMF/STIG compliance, and federal auditability.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior release management professional with 5+ years leading Agile/DevSecOps programs in secure, government/regulatory environments. Must hold an active DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship, with deep SAFe 6.0 expertise and a track record coordinating enterprise-scale releases across multiple ARTs.
