Key Responsibilities

Verify/apply security patches for Windows/Linux/VMware
Troubleshoot issues from updates
Coordinate with Motorola/customers for maintenance
Perform preventative maintenance checks
Provide reporting/status updates

Technical Overview

Hands-on patch management across Windows/Linux, virtualization with VMware ESXi, and basic networking. Focus on patching, troubleshooting, and customer-facing reporting in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a technically capable IT technician with 2+ years patching Windows/Linux in hybrid environments, solid networking and virtualization knowledge, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance.
