Ross Stores is hiring a Retail Associate to provide a positive shopping experience, greet customers, assist with merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and presentation. The role emphasizes safety, loss prevention, and efficient merchandising to support store goals.

• Ensure safety on the sales floor and respond to unsafe conditions
• Greet and assist Customers with merchandise and questions
• Maintain clean, organized store and proper merchandise presentation
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and stock per guidelines
• Follow MOS policies and loss prevention standards

No software-focused work; the role relies on in-store point-of-sale systems, PDTs, and MOS/Loss Prevention processes to manage inventory and transactions.
