Senior SAP Basis Consultant to own and optimize the SAP landscape within Baxter's healthcare technology environment. You will lead the BASIS team, manage lifecycle and upgrades, and drive performance, security, and governance across SAP components and connected apps.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP environment optimization for zero downtime
Manage SAP system lifecycle and upgrades
Lead Level III SAP incident and problem management
Define security roles and privileged access for BASIS
Align landscape with roadmaps and emerging SAP technologies

Technical Overview

Technical ownership of SAP Basis with exposure to S/4HANA, ECC, NetWeaver, BW4/HANA, BW, BPC, BTP, Fiori/Gateway, SAP Solution Manager, Web Dispatcher; databases include HANA, MS SQL Server, and Oracle; responsibilities include incident management and SAP transport workflows.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior SAP Basis professional with 15+ years of leadership experience, deep hands-on expertise across S/4HANA, ECC, NetWeaver and related SAP components, and a track record leading global SAP implementations. Strong strategic, communication and governance skills are required to align SAP infrastructure with future roadmaps and to guide cross-functional teams.
