About this role
Lead the design, development, and delivery of highly customized cross-functional Workday reports during a major implementation; collaborate with HR/Payroll and SI partners to deliver ~30 complex reports with security and multi-system data integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver advanced custom Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports
- Analyze reporting requirements across HR and Payroll workstreams
- Combine data from multiple sources into unified reports
- Build calculated fields, conditional logic, and complex filters
- Configure, validate, and test role-based security and perform UAT
Technical Overview
Hands-on Workday reporting (matrix/composite), Workday Studio, EIBs, security configuration and UAT; strong SQL and Kronos integration; cross-system data integration for HR and Payroll.
