About this role

Boston Scientific is seeking an entry-level Product Builder I in Carlsbad to assemble, test, and refine medical devices, while collaborating with engineers to implement process improvements and maintain certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble, repair, inspect and test products
Work with engineers on process modifications
Set up and operate manufacturing machines
Clean tools and equipment
Record information on approved documents

Technical Overview

Manufacturing and assembly in a medical device setting; lean manufacturing practices; inspection and documentation; basic testing and measurement (microscope).

Ideal Candidate

An entry-level product builder with 1 year manufacturing/assembly experience, capable of following instructions in English, performing basic soldering and assembly tasks, and contributing to lean manufacturing improvements.
