Data Center Technician supports AWS data center operations in Fredericksburg, performing hardware and network diagnostics and repairs; works in a 24/7 environment and may participate in on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working to meet SLA's against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow
  • First line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues
  • Performing regular server hardware repairs
  • Carrying out routine network, server hardware and OS related repairs
  • Working with cross-functional teams to complete routine work

Technical Overview

Focus on hardware diagnostics, server hardware replacement, network troubleshooting, operating system repairs, and documentation; supports on-site data center infrastructure.
