The Analyst, Crisis Response (RISC) supports Ross Stores' crisis and security operations by monitoring global threats, coordinating traveler security, and communicating incidents to leadership. This role operates in the 24/7/365 RISC GSOC environment and collaborates with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk.

• Maintain crisis response programs and communications to field and partners
• Monitor global intelligence sources and assess potential impacts
• Draft executive updates and traveler notifications
• Coordinate incident response calls and cross-functional teams
• Manage guard deployments and CCTV/alarm monitoring

Focuses on threat intelligence collection and analysis, incident logging, and crisis response processes; leverages OSINT and remote monitoring tools to provide real-time situational awareness; requires strong communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level security professional with 1-3 years of relevant experience in threat monitoring and crisis response, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced GSOC environment.
