About this role
Autonomous technology support technician for mining operations, installing and maintaining onboard IT hardware and wireless infrastructure, troubleshooting and supporting autonomous equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and support onboard IT hardware for mine operations
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues to minimize downtime
- Support wireless networking and data communications
- Mentor peers and contribute to Mine Technologies projects
- Configure and monitor wireless infrastructure and low voltage systems
Technical Overview
Focus on onboard IT hardware, wireless networks, low voltage systems, and autonomous technology; certifications preferred include CompTIA Network+ and A+; Rajant and Cisco networks beneficial.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level autonomous technology support technician with at least 2 years of hardware/software troubleshooting in mining/industrial settings, strong customer service, and ability to work onsite in Bagdad, AZ with a flexible schedule.
