About this role
Senior Training Specialist develops and delivers technical training, builds and maintains curricula, and partners with engineering and methods teams to ensure effective performance improvement; travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training content for new hires and incumbent employees
- Design, develop and maintain complex training materials using the systematic approach to training
- Partner with training committees to determine technical requirements
- Collaborate to develop innovative and effective performance improvement solutions
- Evaluate training effectiveness and modify program design
Technical Overview
Creates and maintains complex training materials using instructional design principles; leverages LMS to document activities; collaborates with committees to determine requirements and priorities; delivers new hire and incumbent training.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior training professional with 4+ years of experience in corporate training, capable of delivering technical training and developing curriculum, and experienced with LMS and collaboration with unions.
