About this role
Senior Manager on the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Business Partnering team serving the Devices and Services unit. Partners with senior leaders to align real estate strategies with business objectives, develop SLAs, and deliver executive-level analyses and business cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner across enterprise teams to support executive leaders
- Build systems and tracking to deliver SLAs
- Establish rhythm of business (OP1/OP2, WBR/MBR/QBR)
- Implement reporting for data-driven decisions
- Lead development and delivery of executive real estate presentations
Technical Overview
Leads end-to-end program delivery for real estate initiatives, leveraging data, analytics, and reporting to inform decisions; responsible for cross-functional coordination and executive-level communications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior program manager with 6+ years of corporate real estate strategy/transactions experience, strong data analytics, and the ability to present to senior leadership. Experience with devices and services or similar business units is a plus.
