About this role
Manager of Data Science and Algorithms leads a team developing data products and algorithms to improve patient outcomes. Works across R&D, product marketing, software, and regulatory teams to deliver data-driven health solutions while managing partnerships and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow data science talent within the team
- Lead technical strategies, roadmaps, and approaches
- Define data governance models for health data (PII/PHI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data products into the product portfolio
- Represent the team in technical reviews with clinicians and external stakeholders
