About this role
Manager, End User Programming leads the development and execution of Distributor and Consumer eRebates programs; analyzes redemption performance and collaborates with Finance, Brand, Legal, and Sales to optimize promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Distributor and Consumer eRebates programs
- Analyze redemption performance and provide insights for future promotions
- Collaborate with Finance, Brand, Legal, Commercial & Industrial Sales, Residential Construction Sales, and Product teams
- Establish metrics and track program effectiveness; recommend changes
- Forecast promotions and maximize sales and profitability
Technical Overview
Experience with Salesforce and SAP; strong Excel; data analysis; reporting; cross-functional leadership; hybrid environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior professional with 5+ years in product, sales, or marketing, proficient in Salesforce and SAP, strong analytics and reporting, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
