IT Technician II – Site Services Support provides technical services and support for Huntsman's business systems and applications across multiple sites, focusing on incident and request management using ITSM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides technical services and support for business systems and applications
- Supports site functions, roles, and initiatives
- Assists in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications
- Responsible for incident and request management using ITSM tools
- Resolves routine questions/problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels
Technical Overview

Ideal Candidate
