About this role

DXC Technology Italy seeks an Identity and Access Management Security Expert to design and implement IAM/IDM systems. The role covers access management architectures, identity governance, provisioning, password management, and federation with SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC across hybrid Milan environments.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in design-to-implementation of Access Management architecture
Participate in Identity Governance lifecycle provisioning and reconciliation
Manage password management and self-service workflows
Apply knowledge of ForgeRock and LDAP directories
Engage with customers and maintain English communication

Technical Overview

Focus on IAM/IDM architecture, Web Access Management, SSO, MFA, and federation using SAML/OIDC/OAuth2. Hands-on with ForgeRock and LDAP families; experience with provisioning, lifecycle management, and privileged access. English communication required; located in Milan with hybrid work options.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level IAM security expert with 3+ years of IAM experience, strong expertise in ForgeRock and LDAP directories, and hands-on knowledge of SAML/OIDC/OAuth2 with RBAC and governance capabilities. Client-facing, English-speaking, and capable of delivering architecture from design through implementation in a hybrid Milan environment.
