About this role
Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance operations across the Davenport site, develop preventive programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with external contractors to ensure safety and reliability of MHE and facilities.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance leader with 5+ years in industrial maintenance, proven budget and RCA/CI track record, and CMMS experience, capable of leading multiple sites and coordinating with contractors.
