Data Center Technician supports AWS data center operations; performs hardware troubleshooting, rack installations, and network troubleshooting; works in a 24/7 environment and travels to various data center locations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components
Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents
Serve as a primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders
Perform on-call duties and participate in scheduled maintenance and change management
Contribute to documentation and process improvements; train new team members

Technical Overview

Hands-on hardware repair, network troubleshooting, equipment installation, documentation, and change management participation; requires ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in data center environments.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level data center technician with 1+ years hardware/troubleshooting experience, able to work 24/7 shifts, physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds, and willing to travel between data centers.

Must-Have Skills
