About this role
Senior IT security role focused on identity lifecycle management across onboarding, offboarding, and access control for a large, security-sensitive organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for employee and non-employee onboarding and offboarding
- Responsible for conversions between employee and non-employee
- Responsible for transfers of employees and non-employees between business entities
- Privileged and shadow account terminations in conjunction with employee and non-employee terminations
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve identity issues
Technical Overview
Responsibilities include managing user accounts in Active Directory, ServiceNow ticketing, ITIL/ISO20000-aligned processes, and secure lifecycle events with emphasis on privileged access management.
Ideal Candidate
A mid-level IT security professional with 2+ years in identity lifecycle management, strong AD and ServiceNow experience, ITIL/ISO20000 familiarity, and able to obtain a security clearance.
