Director, Solution Architect leads end-to-end system architecture for QuantumLeap initiatives across software, intelligence, controls, and digital platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant architectures and partnering with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

• Lead the design and definition of enterprise-level system architectures supporting Quantum Leap initiatives
• Drive architecture strategy for Quantum Leap software, intelligence, controls, digital platforms, and data center infrastructure management
• Translate solution and product strategies into scalable, secure architectures
• Define end-to-end system structures, data flows, integration schemas, and communication protocols
• Review architectural designs, validate system performance, and resolve complex issues; ensure scalability, reliability, interoperability

Defines end-to-end system structures, data flows, integration schemas, and communication protocols; selects technologies and platforms; ensures compliance with ASHRAE and safety requirements; designs high-availability and disaster recovery architectures.

The ideal candidate is an executive-level solutions architect with 10+ years in large-scale architectures, data center and cybersecurity expertise, capable of guiding QuantumLeap architecture across software and infrastructure with strong stakeholder and executive-level communication.
