About this role

Lead the Mission Assurance Analytics team to build standard analytics capabilities and deliver data-driven insights that guide product quality and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support requirements capture and design for Data Analytics
  • Manage capacity and performance for analytics team
  • Align Mission Assurance tools with standards and best practices
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to deliver analytics services
  • Upgrade and maintain data infrastructure

Technical Overview

Hands-on with data extraction and manipulation using SQL, Python, and R; proficient in Tableau visualization; experience with MES and SAP data; knowledge of mission assurance practices and data infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior data analytics leader with 9+ years of experience in mission assurance analytics, strong data infrastructure, and experience leading a technical team; proficient in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, MES and SAP data; holds an active DOD Secret clearance.

Must-Have Skills
