Dollar General Store Manager in Sewell, NJ is responsible for managing store personnel and executing store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presenting, selling, staffing and support, with a view toward Store Manager progression.

• Recruit, select and retain employees; provide training and evaluations; manage opening/closing; maintain inventory and in-stock targets; ensure cashier accountability and cash control

Emphasis on store operations, cash handling, inventory control, and reporting; requires expertise with IBM cash register functions and basic stock replenishment processes.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level store manager with strong background in retail operations, staff development, and inventory control, including cash handling and safety compliance. They should be prepared to lead a team at Dollar General and advance toward Store Manager responsibilities.
