Ross Stores is seeking a Retail Associate in Prosper, TX to provide welcoming, on-brand customer service while assisting with merchandise, stocking, and store upkeep. The role emphasizes safety, MOS compliance, and accurate transaction handling.

• Ensure safety on the sales floor and respond to unsafe conditions
• Greet and assist Customers with merchandise and questions
• Maintain clean, organized store and proper merchandise presentation
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor and stock per guidelines
• Follow MOS policies and loss prevention standards

No software-focused requirements; role relies on POS systems, PDTs, and MOS/Loss Prevention processes to manage transactions and inventory.
