About this role

Manager, Agile Delivery leads the organization's Agile Practice, serving as a strategic advisor and hands-on coach for Agile teams. The role designs standardized frameworks, builds and leads a team of Agile practitioners, and measures transformation progress to enhance delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Builds and leads a team of Scrum Masters to support enterprise-wide Agile adoption
Designs and implements standardized Agile frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization
Creates and delivers comprehensive Agile training programs for various roles including executives, managers, and team members
Coaches product owners, scrum masters, and development teams on effective implementation of Agile principles and practices
Develops and executes Agile Delivery strategy and roadmap

Technical Overview

Focus on SCRUM, Kanban, and Scrumban with coaching across executives, managers, and teams. Requires CSM or similar certification and strong SDLC knowledge; responsibility includes multi-team Agile adoption and training.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced Agile Delivery Manager with 4-7 years of multi-team leadership in an Agile environment, CSM-certified, capable of designing standardized Agile frameworks, coaching teams, and driving enterprise-wide Agile transformation.

Must-Have Skills

4-7 years of experience in an Agile environment that includes using SCRUM and other Agile techniques such as Kanban or Scrumban4-7 years of supervisory-level experience4-7 years of experience leading employees in a multi-team agile environment inclusive of project managementCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
