About this role
Oversee Vanderpump Cocktail Garden beverage operations as an Assistant Lounge Manager, driving revenue growth, menu development and beverage quality in Caesars Palace lounges.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist GM/Lounge Manager with menu development and beverage standards
- Train staff on new menus and conduct weekly quality checks
- Roll out new beverage service standards and provide training
- Create a compliance culture and foster reporting
- Conduct shift calls to ensure proper staffing
Technical Overview
Focus on beverage program design, cocktail development, staff training, and compliance with National Beverage Program and pour-cost controls; monitor service standards and provide training resources.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced beverage supervisor/assistant manager with 3+ years in high-volume luxury beverage venues, comfortable on camera, and capable of developing menus and leading staff training to uphold Caesars standards.
Must-Have Skills
