Test Environment Analyst responsible for managing hybrid test environments, DevSecOps delivery, and automation across the enterprise within State Farm Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Utilizes expertise in testing, platform, public cloud, product lines, and data knowledge to provide management and stewardship of shared, hybrid test environment solutions to enable effective and efficient Dev Sec Ops delivery across the enterprise
Develops and maintains policies, strategies, guidelines and procedures to support hybrid test environment and testing needs
Develops processes and tools for managing test environments
Maintains the overall stability and availability of test environments
Creates and maintains metrics, dashboards, reports for test environments

Technical Overview

Hybrid cloud test environment with AWS/Public Cloud and mainframe exposure. Strong scripting with Python/Node.js, RESTful APIs, FastAPI; monitoring through Splunk/Dynatrace; automation via CI/CD and ServiceNow integration.

Ideal Candidate

Mid-level test environment analyst with 5+ years of experience in hybrid cloud and test environment management. Strong automation, scripting, and monitoring skills with hands-on DevSecOps experience.
