Dollar General Store Manager Candidate role supports the Store Manager in all store processes including staffing, inventory, stocking, and customer service. This position is designed to develop external candidates for a Store Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and staffing activities
- Merchandising and stocking duties including staging, signage, and pricing
- Inventory management and cycle counts
- Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets
- Open/close store and ensure cash security and safety
