About this role
Senior Data Privacy Regulatory Specialist supports development and execution of RGA's privacy program, providing guidance on privacy obligations across processing activities. The role involves performing PIAs, interpreting laws, and collaborating with global stakeholders to enforce privacy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain privacy policies/standards; Perform Privacy Impact Assessments; Guide data lifecycle, data maps, retention, notices, consent, cross-border transfer; Interpret privacy laws; Collaborate with global data owners, compliance, IT, legal, security; Maintain confidentiality
Technical Overview
Focus on privacy program governance, regulatory knowledge (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, GLBA, ISO), and data lifecycle concepts. Tools include OneTrust and Visio for data maps, records of processing, and privacy notices; strong analytical and policy-writing skills are required.

They bring CIPP certification, OneTrust expertise, and the ability to interpret complex data-flow concepts and translate regulatory requirements into actionable controls.
