Key Responsibilities
- Client Service: inbound/outbound calls, email, in-person interactions
- Account Management: account openings, transfers, documentation; maintain client records
- Administrative & Operational Support: scheduling, materials for client meetings, marketing initiatives, updating SOPs; execute branch business plan
- Technology: MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office
- Marketing activities & events planning
