Ross Stores is hiring a Retail Associate to help ensure a positive customer shopping experience, maintain store presentation, and support store operations across departments.

• Greet customers and provide courteous service
• Maintain clean and organized store while presenting merchandise to brand guidelines
• Assist customers with merchandise and questions, including register transactions
• Follow MOS policies and report shortages
• Adhere to loss prevention standards and safety procedures

This is a non-technical retail role focusing on customer service, merchandising, safety, and MOS compliance; familiarity with POS systems (registers) and PDTs is expected.

The ideal candidate is a customer-service oriented retail associate who can greet customers, maintain merchandising standards, and process transactions accurately while following MOS and loss-prevention guidelines.
