About this role

Technical Program Manager (IT) partners with leadership to manage the Data & AI portfolio across lanes and initiatives, driving strategic planning, processes, and execution of high-value programs that support the Data & AI Organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains Data & AI strategic roadmaps and supporting workplans
  • Develops and maintains cross-team Data roadmap, including dependencies
  • Prepares engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations and communications for executive participants
  • Develops management reports and processes related to Data & AI portfolio health, investment, and value
  • Drives high-priority initiatives in partnership with Product and IT delivery partners

Technical Overview

Leads cross-functional IT programs, leveraging Apptio and Target Process as system of record; manages portfolio health, investment, and value; conducts budget forecasting and executive-level communications.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior technical program manager with 5+ years of IT program management experience, ideally in healthcare, able to build and manage the Data & AI portfolio and communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams.
