Key Responsibilities

Drive Change delivery program for select operational objectives
Partner with cross-functional locations within the distributed operating model
Build communication lines and resolve issues
Develop, implement, and manage strategic program across Custody Operations
Communicate with senior stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage strategic program

Technical Overview

Hands-on use of Alteryx, UiPath, Instabase with Tableau for analytics; strong data analysis and project lifecycle discipline; cross-functional collaboration across banking operations.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level operations/automation professional with Securities Services experience and hands-on tooling (Alteryx, UiPath, Instabase) to lead change programs and drive efficiency across distributed teams.
